About Our Founder
Erika Foster, Director
Erika Foster has spent over two decades building strong relationships across global business and finance.
Beginning her career in 2000 as a financial consultant, she has since evolved into a respected leader and networker within the recruitment-to-recruitment industry.
As a qualified financial advisor, Erika worked with expatriates and international clients across nine countries — including the UK, Europe, and the Middle East — gaining invaluable cross-cultural experience and insight.
In 2013, she co-founded BigBillers Rec2Rec in Dubai before launching her own brand: Billers Rec2Rec.
Her passion for people, combined with her business acumen, continues to drive the agency’s success.
Beyond work, Erika enjoys tennis, travel, yoga, jazz, and family life. She is fluent in English, Hungarian, and Romanian, and welcomes inquiries from clients of all backgrounds and sizes.
